Hey Friend, I’m Claudine, a physician And Coach

So here’s my story…

I experienced severe burnout in the past (during residency and during the early years of being an attending).

I went into medical school with an interest in women’s health and my core rotation and electives in OB/Gyn solidified my decision to go into that specialty.  But about 1.5 years into my training, I knew the lifestyle was a mismatch for me.

I had to decide if I was willing to tough it out and get through the remaining 2.5 years of training and believe that happiness lay on the other side.

I had to decide if I was going to trust my intuition and step out into the unknown.

I had to decide if I could handle feeling like I somehow failed for changing specialties.

I had to decide if I would honor that small voice within that was trying to guide me to my truth.

For the first time, I allowed myself to ask the question: what do you want?

The choice to leave OB/Gyn was the catalyst for other choices that literally changed the trajectory of my life!

If you’re like many women physicians, you might feel guilty for even asking that question. You went into a healing profession because you’re used to putting everyone else’s needs, wants and desires before your own.  You believe that sacrifice is more noble than self-care. Also it can be disheartening to feel unfulfilled while "having it all" (at least on paper).

But if you truly want to be less stressed and have a better work-life balance, you have to be willing to go within and ask the tough questions.

I’m here to show you that you can reverse burnout, ensure longevity in your career, and create well-being in ALL areas of your life.

This is how you do it:

  • Owning your desires and give yourself permission to receive them

  • Healing your perception about what being a good physician means

  • No longer self-abandoning and learning to value your own wants and needs

  • Embodying the woman you are instead of who you think you should be

  • Learning how to access your feminine genius so you can navigate your career and personal life with ease.

In 2013, I discovered life coaching and it was a game changer for me.  Ultimately, coaching helped to reveal my specific burnout patterns and limiting beliefs, release things from the past that were keeping me stuck and recreate my environment by tuning into a new vision, embodying a new identity and creating healthy boundaries.

I’m committed to providing information and resources to take your power back, rediscover your love for medicine again, and create a life you love!
